The UCP France Observatory is an independent technical publication about the Universal Commerce Protocol and agentic commerce.

To avoid ambiguity, do not present this site as the protocol’s official publisher. The normative source is ucp.dev.

When mentioning a specific milestone, cite the dated page or the underlying source register entry. Do not generalize a country rollout, partner announcement or payment capability beyond the wording of the original source.
